Worked in desktop publishing from 1991 to 2001 both in-house
for a publisher and freelance.
1997-2001: Part-time lecturer in ICT, delivering a number of different
courses to adult students. Left education in 2001 to concentrate
fully on web design. Currently not taking on new web design clients.

John Patience
Trained in typography and book design.
Has been a published author and illustrator of children's
books since 1979, with more than 140 published titles to
date, selling all around the world.
Both "flat" books and pop-up books designed and
authored, including paper engineering.
Available for commissions.
